Bogdan Golik is an entrepreneur and former Vice President of the National Chamber of Commerce in Poland and the Member of the European Parliament. He actively promoted European and Asian economic and business relations. Currently Bogdan Golik is the President of the China Institute in Poland, Vice President  of ASIA-PACIFIC CEO ASSOCIATION as well as the Board Member of the EU India Chamber of Commerce and the Honorary Member of the Belgium – China Chamber of Commerce.
Bogdan Golik specialises in EU – China relations, including sound expertise of China business, particularly in food sector.


Wojciech Tomikowski has 20 years of business experience of both working for international corporations such as Novartis, BBDO, Coty and as an entrepreneur. During his career he has occupied various positions including 10 years of CEO/ General Manager posts. His role included also different M&A projects. He has  worked and lived in diverse geographical areas – South America, China, Western Europe, Russia. Before and after that period he also got an extensive experience as a private business person and investor, including establishing new ventures as well as entering existing ones.
For the last 4 years he has been managing Layage Momentum Ltd., M&A boutique focused on small and medium enterprises in CEE.
Obtained Master degree at University of Gdansk, attended management and finance courses in London Business School, The Wharton School and Harvard Business School. Communicates fluently in Spanish, English and Polish, understands French, Portuguese, Italian, German and Russian.

Dr. JERZY RZYMANEK - Director Project Development 

Dr Jerzy Rzymanek has a doctor degree in International Law.
He has wide experiences in science and international bussiness activities especially in banking sector, renewable energy, environmental industry, international trade and adminstration.
He is graduate of Law of Warsaw University, making researches at Sorbonne Paris I University France, T.M.C. Asser Institute in Hague and Amsterdam University in Netherlands.
He is one of the establishing members and President of Polish Investors Chamber, Polish Taiwan Chamber, Polish Korean Chamber, former advisor to Polish Investment Bank, Polish Credit Bank, and Taiwan Export Import Bank in Europe.
Since 1988 till present he is frequently visiting China and advising Polish and Central European companies on developing trade and investment relation with China.
Recently  he has established the Cluster Export Promotion Asia aimed at developing Polish and Central European trade and investment projects with Asia and in particular with China and is participating in development of Polish Logistic Center Xijiao in Shanghai.
His main fields of experience and interest are:
- International trade,
- Renewable industry - wind energy, solar energy,
- Environmental industry - waste water treatment, biodegradable plastics, LED,
- costruction materials of fiberglass,
- Investment projects, Real Estate.

LIMING ZHANG- Projectl Manager

Liming Zhang is an entrepreneur and an experienced businessman.
He started his professional career at the government agency for the foreign trade and for the next twenty years, he worked for the state owned import-export company, where he became the General Manager. Then Liming Zhang decided to start his own business in imports, focusing on food products and with distribution channels in all major cities, including: Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
Currently Liming Zhang is the Managing Director of our company, responsible for the development of the Chinese market.

ARKADIUSZ ROSZAK - Partner & Expert

Arkadiusz Roszak is the President of the foundation Adalbert which fosters creation of positive relations and exchange of knowledge within the European Union. Through the last years he worked as a political advisor in the European Parliament. During that time he put in place projects that enabled closer cooperation between European politicians, local governments and NGOs.
At present Arkadiusz Roszak cooperates with IT companies in the area of marketing on-line and consulting.
His interests focus on interpersonal communication and Internet marketing.

KORNELIA PIELA – Project Manager

graduated from the Warsaw University as a double major student (Master of Laws and Bachelor of Chinese studies). Her major interest is international arbitration in commercial law. Her thesis concerned the alternative methods of resolving commercial disputes on the basis of the laws of PRC. She graduated from School of British and European Law, created by the Warsaw University in collaboration with the University of Cambridge. She was member of  the winning 2nd place team in the Central and East European Moot Court Competition in Vilnius, organized by the University of Cambridge and the European Tribunal of Justice. Grant holder of the Confucius Institute. She participated in numerous Chinese language courses at Shanghai Jiaotong University, Liaoning Normal University and National Kaohsiung Normal University.
